During the " Assessment Phase ," the review team documents process workflows, organizational structures and system flows; conducts surveys on input and output linkages, service levels and volumes; and analyzes all service delivery performance areas. Recommendations are offered by the review team for management consideration and approval.

The " Implementation Phase " begins with the development of comprehensive project workplans, which are developed for all approved actions. A management process is implemented to ensure project success. This process includes IT reporting; management meetings and escalation procedures for key issue resolution.
