Senior Management

James A. Toth (Jim), Founder, President.

Jim Toth serves as the President of Operations Consulting Group, Inc., which he founded in 1995. As President, Jim directs the firm's overall business and consulting activities. Prior to forming Operations Consulting Group, Inc. in 1995, Jim was Executive Vice President of Operations for Berkeley Federal Bank.

Jim's financial services career began some 35 years ago at Fords National Bank in New Jersey where he started as computer operator then progressed as operations officer. After Fords National, he held various management and executive positions with several commercial, saving and loans and credit unions. A summary of Jim's extensive experience includes participation in a number of bank-wide operational initiatives for a major U.S. financial services firm. He has supported many large bank mergers and acquisitions, reengineering business process programs as well as implementing technical services for several major systems conversions.

Deborah Linvill, CFO.

Debbie serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the firm. She is responsible for the P&L reporting, IT, corporate travel and HR. Debbie holds a degree in mathematics. She has held several senior systems development positions within Fortune 500 companies. She joined OCG in 1999.
